About the Bridge District
The Bridge District is a best-in-class, all-in-one neighborhood that is rising in Southeast DC, at the foot of the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge. New apartments, shops and restaurants are coming online in 2025.
The neighborhood is a convenient two-minute walk from the Anacostia Metro Station on the Green line (exit toward the Kiss & Ride lot). It is an easy walk/bike/scooter ride from Historic Anacostia, Barry Farm, Navy Yard, Buzzard Point. If you are driving, park at the Anacostia Metro Station at 1101 Howard Road SE.
