Football season is back! Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the District! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Winter 2017 Flag Football season on the National Mall on Sundays! Stay active this Winter with some Polar Bear Flag Football!

This is one of our most popular leagues and has limited space. Our registration is first come first serve to make sure to get your group together or register as an individual TODAY!

All of our leagues are 50% Social 50% Game. You’re out there to meet folks and enjoy casual, low stress games.

Games will be on Sundays on the National Mall by the Monument, beginning January 22nd. Afterwards we'll party like no other at our sponsor bar! Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! Let's get it!
