Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the District! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Fall 2016 Flag Football season in Arlington! We'll play every week at Gunston Park!

This is our 8v8 BLITZ league. An athletic division designed for veteran players, returning teams and those players who are little more competitive than our normal Social crowd. If that sounds like you then you're in the right place! "BLITZ" means that there is no rush count on plays, teams must have offensive and defensive players on the line each play and there is "blocking" allowed on the line. The season begins September 25th. It will include 6 regular season games and an end of season tournament.
