Football season is back, and this season, we're gonna #GlowUp! Join the largest Flag Football league in the District and register for Capital Flag Football's Fall 2016 GLOW Flag Football season on the National Mall!

GLOW gear, GLOW flags, GLOW shirts, GLOW EVERYTHING! This is our always popular Flag Football with a twist!

All of our leagues are 50% Social 50% Game. You’re out there to meet folks and enjoy casual, low stress games.

Games will be on Tuesdays on the National Mall by the Capitol, beginning September 20th. Afterwards we'll party like no other at our sponsor bar, Kelly's Irish Times; they're a long-time favorite and we're glad to be back there this season! Can you feel the excitement?
