Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the District! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's 2016 Polar Bear Winter Flag Football season in Arlington!

Saturdays on the beautiful turf fields at Long Bridge Park! After the games head just down the street to Highline RxR to have an AWESOME Saturday watching games, mingling and hanging/partying with the league! Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! WOOT! WOOT!

The season kicks off January 23rd! If there are enough teams we will divide the league in to a social and competitive division. Please denote your preference when registering.
