Join DC Fray and Take Five Meditation to turn talk into action when it comes to mindfulness. Held on the exclusive and scenic rooftop of 880P in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of the city, there’s no better place to have an introduction to the art of meditation.


To start off the night, we’ve arranged for a short guided meditation lead by Take Five’s Senior Guides. Then, continue practicing being mindful while playing fun and unique games, helping you feel more connected to yourself and others. Finally, closing off with a lovely instructional meditation.


Enjoy a healthy snacks of CAVA Bowls and wine (open bar!), and finish the perfect peaceful evening with a talk from award-winning author of best-selling cookbook, Go Clean, Sexy You, Lisa Ryan.


Lisa will discuss the five-step guide to eating seasonally and having the healthiest summer yet. Not only will you learn how to nourish and cleanse your body during the summer months with seasonal, local, and organic foods, but you will receive a must-have summer recipe guide as well!

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes to help you focus your energy on mindfulness. Think leggings, t-shirt, a shoes that you can take off easily.
