Football season is back! Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the DMV! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Winter 2017 Flag Football season in Arlington at Long Bridge Park on Sundays! Stay active this Winter with some Polar Bear Flag Football!

This is one of our most popular leagues and has limited space. Our registration is first come first serve to make sure to get your group together or register as an individual TODAY!

This is an USS Athletic league. These leagues are designed for players that have significant experience with the sport. Usually High School play and above. These teams are a little more organized, still want the party aspect but love the thrill of the game as well.

Games will be on Sundays beginning January 22nd. Afterwards we'll party like no other at our sponsor bar! Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! Let's get it!
