Football season is back! Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the District! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Winter 2016 Flag Football season on the National Mall! Stay active this Winter with some Polar Bear Flag Football!

This is one of our most popular leagues and has limited space. Our registration is first come first serve to make sure to get your group together or register as an individual TODAY!

All of our leagues are 50% Social 50% Game. You’re out there to meet folks and enjoy casual, low stress games.

Games will be on Saturdays on the National Mall by the Capitol, beginning January 28th. Afterwards we'll party like no other at our sponsor bar, Hamilton's; they're a long-time favorite, and they love our players! Warm up after games with some drinks & the USS staple: Flip-Cup! Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! Let's get it!
