Hey Virginia, get out & get active this Fall with some social Flag Football! We're excited to introduce Saturday 5v5 Coed Flag Football at Jefferson Manor Park in Alexandria! Join the best Flag Football league in the DMV!

This is a Social League: This is our credo, our bread and butter - people meeting people! We want players to come out, play their games but it’s more about making friends and heading to the bar! There’s no skill requirement - new to the sport? Great! Former Pro? Perfect! Everyone is welcome!

This is an 5v5 co-ed league. You can sign up as a free agent, group or team. Groups please keep in mind the COED aspect of the league when registering. 

The season kicks off the week of October 1st tentatively! It will include 6 weeks of regular season games and an end of season tournament.
