Summa Summa Summatime! Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the area! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Summer 2016 Flag Football season in Arlington at Bluemont Park!

This is one of our most popular leagues and has EXTREMELY limited space. Our registration is first come first serve to make sure to get your group together or register as an individual TODAY!

All of our leagues are 50% Social 50% Game. You’re out there to meet folks and enjoy casual, low stress games.

Games begin June 26th and runs 6 weeks of regular season and then a playoff tournament. Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! Let's get it!
