Welcome to the Spring season of DC Social and Cap BBall's Men's Athletic 5v5 basketball at One Life gym in Alexandria. This division kicks off April 17th with an 8 week season (including playoffs).
This is one of our Athletic leagues; 50% social, 50% sport. We're here to have fun but the level of play will still be higher than our social leagues, and competitiveness is the name of the game!
