Welcome to the largest Flag Football league in the District! You are about to register for Capital Flag Football's Spring 2016 Flag Football season in Adams Morgan!

Games will be on Saturdays at Marie Reed Elementary on their beautiful turf field! After the games head to Grand Central to have an AWESOME Saturday watching games, mingling and of course the USS staple - playing FLIP-CUP! Can you feel the excitement? Are you ready for some football?! WOOT! WOOT!

The season kicks off April 9th. If there are enough teams we will divide the league in to a social and competitive division. Please denote your preference when registering.
