Join the Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington for their FREE event Let Us Give Thanks: Gratitude Gathering in the Park, an hour of nourishing stillness, inner warmth, and gentle reflection with a guided meditation and audio soundscape experience.

Through provided wireless headphones, you'll be immersed in lush stereo soundscapes offered by Zen Steady and guided meditations by Sarah Loden that invite you to explore gratitude in the present moment.

We'll provide some blankets and mats. For extra warmth, please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and wrap up in something warm, as you join kindred spirit neighbors under the beautiful November sky.
